Budget Owners can reinstate access for previously revoked users.
On your Aspire dashboard, click "Budgets" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Budgets" (mobile app).
Select the budget.
Scroll down to the "People" tab and click "View all".
Select the tab for the user's previous budget role, then select the user's name.
Click "Modify access", and select "Update budget role".
Select the preferred budget role.

When upgrading a Budget Member to a Budget Owner:
If you're a Budget Owner with transfer rights: You can choose whether to assign transfer rights to the new Budget Owner
If you're a Budget Owner without transfer rights: You cannot assign transfer rights to others
