Can I Request a 10-Digit Account Number for My SGD Account?

Yes, you can request to create a new Local SGD Account with a 10-digit account number. This will allow you to receive payments from providers that only support 10-digit account numbers.

To proceed, simply reach out to our Support team in the Aspire app. We will assist you in creating a new 10-digit SGD account in addition to your existing 12-digit SGD account.

Notes: Creating an SGD Account directly in-app will generate a standard 12-digit account number.
