How to integrate Aspire account with Quickbooks?

Which countries support Aspire and QuickBooks integration?

Currently, only businesses registered in Singapore and Hong Kong can integrate their Aspire account with QuickBooks.

Which Aspire debit accounts can I integrate with QuickBooks?

You can integrate all Aspire debit accounts (SGD, USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, and CNY), as long as your QuickBooks subscription is on the Online Essentials Plan or a higher tier.

Please make sure the “Multicurrency” setting is turned on before starting the integration. You can find it under the “Advanced” tab in your QuickBooks Account Settings.

Integrate Aspire Account with Quickbooks

The integration between Aspire and QuickBooks can be initiated from either platform:

From Aspire Account

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Integrations" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Integrations" (mobile app).

  2. Click “QuickBooks”, then “Connect” and select “Go to QuickBooks” to be redirected.

From Quickbooks Account

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account and go to “Banking” in the menu.

  2. Click Connect Account under the Bank Transactions tab.

Complete the Connection (Applies to both methods)

  1. Click “Aspire.” If it’s not visible, search for “Aspire” and select it. Then, click “Continue Login” and enter your Aspire credentials.

  2. Choose the business account to connect and click “Allow Access”.

  3. Click “Continue”, then “Done”, and select one or more accounts to link to QuickBooks.

  4. Once connected, select the Aspire Debit Accounts to sync, choose a start date for syncing transactions, and click “Connect"

Once integrated, sync your bank feed in QuickBooks by clicking "Update" under Bank Transactions and Recurring Transactions.

Notes: If you disconnect or decline any permissions while integrating, the process will not be successful and no data will be retrieved.

Disconnect Quickbooks from Aspire Account

Admin and Finance Users can disconnect Quickbooks from Aspire by following the steps below:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, toggle "Accounting" in the left navigation bar and select "Quickbooks" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Menu", choose "Accounting", and then select "Quickbooks".

  2. Under the Manage QuickBooks connection section, click on “Disconnect
